Account Information
How It Works
1. Pickup and Delivery will be on Mondays & Thursdays between
the hours of 9am and 4pm. If there are any changes – due to
weather or holidays, we will e-mail you changes.
2. Designate a weather protected area at your home (ie. back
porch, garage) or location at your office or apartment building
(ie. receptionist, front desk)
3. We will provide green laundry bags with personal ID. We will
return your cleaned clothes with your laundry bag. We will
provide door hangers where needed.
4. If you have our Green & Cleaner 3-in-1 laundry, garment,
carrying bag , we will return your clothes in the garment bag.
All other clothes will be returned in plastic bags. Our 100%
recycled Green Garmento bag can be purchased from us: $10 for one; $18 for
two.
5. Payment: Your credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard)
will be on file with us and will be debited day of delivery. ALL
CREDIT CARD INFO WILL BE SECURE & CONFIDENTIAL.
6. Our policy is to recycle hangers and plastic bags—which we
will gladly pickup.
